◎ Food allergies

If you have any food allergies, please be sure to let us know in advance, including any people you're with.
We can't make any changes on the day of your reservation or after you arrive, so please understand.
Also, if you have a wide range of allergies or severe food allergies, we may not be able to accommodate you.
Please let us know in advance.
SOA uses a lot of seafood. If you have a seafood allergy, we may not be able to accommodate you.
We ask that you eat the ingredients you don't like with the original ingredients as much as possible.

◎ About the number of reservations

If there are 5 or more people, please use a private room, or if you are in the dining room, please consult with us as your seats may be separated.
From a quality perspective, we generally do not accept reservations for one person. Please understand in advance.

◎ About reservation times

At SOA, we begin cooking in accordance with your reservation time in order to create the highest quality dishes possible.
Please be sure to arrive at your reservation time.
If you are significantly late, the contents of your meal may change.
In addition, the meal takes approximately 3 hours. Please make your reservation with plenty of time to spare.

◎ For those who have visited before

At SOA, we do not set a deadline for content changes in order to maintain the quality of our dishes.
For those who have visited us before, we would like to confirm the details of your previous visit and discuss your preferences.
Please be sure to inform us of your previous reservation name. If you do not inform us, we may end up serving the same menu as before.

◎ About reconfirmation

We will contact you one week before your reservation date to confirm your reservation.
If we are unable to confirm your reservation two days before the reservation date, we may cancel your reservation. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

◎ About Reservation Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply in the following cases:
One day before the reservation date: 50% of the course fee × number of people
On the day of the reservation: 100% of the course fee × number of people
Cancellation fees also apply if the number of people decreases.
Cancellations may increase food waste, so please notify us at least three days in advance if you need to cancel.

◎ Regarding children

Considering the content of the meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant, we ask that guests be 13 years of age or older.

◎ Dress code

We recommend smart casual attire.
Please refrain from wearing sandals or shorts.
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes that may interfere with the aroma of SOA's creations. If the perfume is too strong, we may ask you to refrain from entering the restaurant.
