Starting October 16, we will be introducing three new dishes,
marking the start of Chapter 2.23.

The three dishes being added this time are “The Giant Turnip,” “Proliferation,” and “Sea × Seasons.”

Head Chef Takada has poured his heart and soul into creating these dishes, which showcase a sense of seasonality and the natural flavors of the ingredients—elements never before seen at SOA.

We sincerely hope you’ll come and try them.
